Frequently Asked Questions

Every batch is tested by Freedom Diagnostics in Franklin, Tennessee, an independent U.S. laboratory operating to ISO 9001 quality management and Good Laboratory Practice principles. The fastest way to verify: scan the QR code on your vial. It opens the certificate for that exact batch on Freedom’s own site.

If an order has shipping insurance and was sent to the correct name and address, a package lost in transit is covered through the shipping insurance. If your package doesn’t arrive, email support@bionetiklabs.com with your order number and we’ll file a claim with the carrier. What’s covered depends on the carrier’s tracking: a package lost in transit can be claimed, but one scanned as delivered to the address given at checkout can’t. That includes theft after delivery, and packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

A tracking number is generated when we print the label at our facility. That isn’t the same as the carrier having the package yet: you’ll see “label created” first, then a second scan once they physically receive it. If your order was placed after 2:00 PM EST on a Friday, it ships Monday, so you may not see movement until then.

Currently, we only ship within the United States due to strict international regulations surrounding research chemicals.

Why Choose

Why Choose Us

Independent U.S. Lab

Every peptide batch is tested by Freedom Diagnostics in Franklin, Tennessee, an independent U.S. laboratory operating to ISO 9001 quality management and Good Laboratory Practice principles.

Every Certificate Published

The certificate for every lot we’ve sold is on our Test Results page, and it stays there even after that batch sells out.

Scan to Verify

The QR code on your vial opens its certificate on the lab’s own website, so the results can’t be edited by anyone, including us.

Verify

Verify Your Vial

Scan the QR code on your vial. It opens the certificate for that exact batch on the testing lab’s own website, not ours. A certificate hosted on a seller’s website can be edited. One on the lab’s website can’t.

Check these against your certificate:
QR code: Scan it. It opens the certificate for your batch on the testing lab’s own website
Batch number: Matches the lot number on the certificate.
Average purity: Matches the average purity on the certificate.
Average mass: Matches the average net content on the certificate.
Cap and crimp ring color: Match the photo of the tested vial on the certificate.

Mission

Our Mission

At Bionetik Labs, our mission is to support scientific research by supplying high-purity research compounds for controlled laboratory and in vitro use, with every batch independently tested before it ships.

Every new peptide batch is 8X tested by Freedom Diagnostics, an independent U.S. laboratory in Franklin, Tennessee. Five vials from each batch are tested for purity, identity, net content, endotoxins, sterility, conformity, heavy metals and harmful contaminants. If a batch doesn’t pass, it’s never shipped.

Every certificate is published on our Test Results page, and the QR code on each vial opens that batch’s certificate on the lab’s own website, where no one, including us, can change it.

Our focus is exclusively on laboratory research. Nothing we sell is intended for human or veterinary use, and every product is supplied, labeled and described that way.
